Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness class that blends Latin and international music with easy-to-follow choreography for a total-body workout. Jonathan’s sessions are designed to make exercise feel like a party, with routines that combine fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your body while burning calories. The class is suitable for all fitness levels—no dance experience required!
Expect to move, groove, and sweat as you follow along with dances inspired by salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, and more. Jonathan keeps the energy high and the mood light, offering modifications for beginners and challenges for more experienced participants. You’ll get a cardio workout, improve your coordination, and leave class smiling and energized.
Warning: Zumba is a vigorous cardio workout—if you have heart conditions, joint problems, or are new to exercise, please consult your doctor before starting. Wear supportive shoes, bring water, and listen to your body. If a move feels uncomfortable, march in place or modify as needed. Always let Jonathan know about any injuries or restrictions before class.
