Burnout is designed to push every muscle group to fatigue through a combination of free weights, bodyweight exercises, and bursts of cardio. Hollie’s circuits are intense but modifiable, featuring moves like squats, lunges, push-ups, and high knees, with minimal rest between sets.
Expect to work hard and sweat a lot! You’ll move quickly from one exercise to the next, keeping your heart rate elevated and your muscles challenged. Hollie is hands-on with motivation and form corrections, making sure everyone gets the most out of the session.
Warning: This class is high intensity and may not be suitable for beginners or those with certain medical conditions. Always listen to your body, use appropriate weights, and let Hollie know if you need a lower-impact option.
