Led by Ash, this special session is designed to get your heart pumping, boost your mood, and make fitness feel like a celebration. You’ll groove to a mix of pop, hip-hop, and international hits, with choreography that’s easy to follow and fun for all levels.
Expect a vibrant, party-like atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to let loose and move freely. Ash mixes in a variety of dance styles and fitness intervals—think squats, lunges, and core work—so you’ll burn calories and tone muscles while having a blast. No dance background is needed; just bring your energy and a willingness to try something new. The focus is on enjoyment, self-expression, and leaving class with a big smile.
Dance Fitness is a cardio-intensive class with lots of movement, twists, and turns. If you have joint concerns or are new to vigorous activity, please let Ash know before class so modifications can be provided. Wear supportive shoes, bring water, and take breaks as needed. Always listen to your body and move at a pace that feels right for you.
