Fight Club is an adrenaline-pumping class that fuses boxing fundamentals with interval-based weight training for a total-body workout. Ashley leads you through the basics of boxing—jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, and footwork—paired with strength and conditioning circuits. This class is designed to build power, boost cardiovascular endurance, and torch calories, all while channeling your inner fighter in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Expect to alternate between rounds of boxing combinations (on bags or shadowboxing), bodyweight exercises like push-ups and planks, and weightlifting intervals using dumbbells or kettlebells. Ashley keeps the atmosphere lively and motivating, offering technique tips, encouragement, and modifications for all levels. You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, and ready to take on anything.
Warning: Fight Club is a moderate-to-high intensity class that involves impact, fast movements, and strength work. If you have wrist, shoulder, or joint issues, or any heart conditions, please consult your doctor before participating. Always use proper form, wrap your hands if hitting bags, and let Ashley know about any injuries so she can provide modifications. Hydrate well and listen to your body throughout the session.
