Welcome to Next Level Gym! By accessing our facilities, website, or services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before joining or using any of our offerings.

Membership

• Memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the registered member only.
• Members must be at least 16 years old. Minors (under 18) require parental consent.
• All membership fees are due as specified during sign-up. Late payments may result in suspension of access.
• The gym reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with advance notice.

Facility Use

• Members must check in upon arrival using their key card or at the front desk.
• Proper athletic attire and footwear are required at all times.
• Equipment must be used as intended and returned after use. Please wipe down equipment after use.
• Locker rooms are for changing and storage only. The gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• CCTV cameras are in use in public areas for safety and security (not in locker rooms/restrooms).

Health & Safety

• Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in physical activities.
• Please report any injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions to staff immediately.
• Members must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
• The gym reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

Personal Training & Classes

• Personal training sessions and fitness classes may require advance booking and additional fees.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
• Trainers and instructors are certified professionals, but participation is at your own risk.

Digital Services

• Access to member portals, class bookings, and digital content requires account registration.
• Do not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• The gym may communicate with members via email, SMS, or app notifications regarding updates, offers, and important information.

Privacy

• Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and protect your information.

Termination

• Members may cancel their membership in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• The gym reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for conduct detrimental to the facility or its members.

• Next Level Gym is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses sustained on the premises or during participation in gym activities, except where required by law.
• Members participate at their own risk and are encouraged to consult a physician before starting any fitness program.
