The class is a mix of yoga-inspired poses, deep stretches, and relaxation techniques.
Expect to slow down, focus on your breath, and gently move through a series of stretches designed to improve flexibility and mental clarity. Laura offers personalized guidance and encourages participants to listen to their bodies and let go of the day’s worries.
Warning: This class is generally safe for all levels, but if you have any injuries or conditions that limit movement, please let Laura know beforehand. Bring a mat, water, and wear comfortable clothing.
