Ratchet is a dance fitness class that brings the energy and fun of your best night out straight to the studio. Led by Hollie, this class features easy-to-follow routines set to hip-hop and R&B hits, designed to make you sweat, laugh, and let loose. The focus is on movement, expression, and pure enjoyment—no dance experience required, just a willingness to have fun and move your body.

 Expect a party-like atmosphere with upbeat music, creative choreography, and a supportive, judgment-free vibe. Hollie breaks down each routine into simple steps, offering modifications for all fitness levels. You’ll burn calories, improve your coordination, and boost your confidence as you dance through a full-body cardio workout. Ratchet is perfect for anyone looking to shake off stress, connect with others, and rediscover the joy of movement.

 Warning: Ratchet is a cardio-intensive class with lots of movement and some high-impact steps. If you have knee, hip, or joint concerns, please let Hollie know before class so she can offer appropriate modifications. Wear supportive shoes, bring water, and don’t hesitate to take breaks or adjust moves as needed. Always listen to your body and dance at your own pace.
