Level Up Fitness – Class Descriptions

Rhythm & Reps (Instructor: Hollie)

 Rhythm & Reps is an energizing early-morning class that fuses music-driven cardio with strength training circuits. Hollie curates playlists that keep you moving, pairing dynamic bodyweight exercises and weightlifting intervals with the beat. The focus is on building strength, boosting cardiovascular endurance, and making your workout feel fun and engaging from start to finish.

 Expect to rotate through a mix of exercises: think squats, lunges, push-ups, bicep curls, and bursts of rhythmic cardio like jumping jacks or step touches. Each round is timed to music, making it easy to stay motivated and in sync. Hollie demonstrates every move, offers modifications, and encourages you to challenge yourself, no matter your experience level. The class is structured to help you wake up your muscles, get your heart pumping, and start your day with a sense of accomplishment.

 Warning: Rhythm & Reps is a moderate-to-intense workout. If you have any cardiovascular concerns, joint issues, or injuries, please talk to your doctor before attending. Use weights that match your ability, maintain good form, and don’t hesitate to ask Hollie for modifications. Always bring water, wear supportive shoes, and listen to your body throughout class.
