Step + is a high-energy cardio class that puts a modern spin on classic step aerobics. Hollie leads you through continuous step patterns, sometimes adding light weights or resistance bands for extra burn. The routines are easy to follow, but the non-stop movement will get your heart pumping and legs working.
You can expect a lively atmosphere, catchy music, and lots of encouragement. Whether you’re new to step or a seasoned pro, you’ll find plenty of options to challenge yourself. The class is great for building lower body strength, endurance, and coordination while torching calories.
Warning: If you have knee, hip, or ankle issues, step aerobics may aggravate these conditions. Always use proper form, step carefully, and speak up if you need modifications. Good athletic shoes are a must.
