Metcon, Core & More is a results-driven class that combines metabolic conditioning (Metcon) with focused core work and functional strength training. Guided by Ash and Aimee, this Sunday morning session is designed to challenge your endurance, sculpt your midsection, and boost total-body power. The class features a mix of high-intensity intervals, bodyweight circuits, and targeted core exercises, delivering a comprehensive workout that keeps your body guessing and your mind engaged.
Expect to work through rounds of fast-paced cardio, strength moves like squats and push-ups, and a series of core drills including planks, crunches, and rotational work. Ash and Aimee offer clear demonstrations, motivating cues, and plenty of options for all fitness levels. The atmosphere is energetic and supportive, making it easy to push your limits while still having fun. You’ll leave class feeling accomplished, strong, and ready to take on the rest of your week.
