What Vesh Wants (Instructor: Ash)

 What Vesh Wants is a signature, ever-changing class designed to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged. Led by Ash, this class blends elements of strength, cardio, agility, and creative fitness challenges. Each session is unique—sometimes you’ll tackle circuit stations, other times you’ll work in teams, or try new equipment and unconventional moves. The focus is on variety, fun, and pushing past your comfort zone.

Expect the unexpected! You might find yourself doing kettlebell swings, plyometric jumps, partner drills, balance challenges, or a surprise endurance finisher. Ash is known for creative programming and high-energy motivation, ensuring that no two classes are ever the same. You’ll get a full-body workout, improve functional strength, and develop both physical and mental resilience in a supportive, upbeat environment.

The unpredictable nature of this class means intensity and exercise types can vary widely. If you have injuries, specific limitations, or are new to group fitness, let Ash know before class so modifications can be provided.
